Welcome to a new chapter in sheet metal, tube and profile processing. Our company has recently invested in the “ENSIS 3015 RI” cutting laser and the “HRB 1003” press brake from Amada – a pioneering technology that will enable us to offer you an extended range of services. The installation of these systems enables us to react extremely flexibly and at short notice to your requirements in the field of modern sheet metal processing.


The ENSIS 3015 RI is a fiber laser cutting machine with a laser power of 2000W and a traverse range of 3070 x 1550 mm (X x Y). This machine offers precise processing of materials with a maximum material thickness of 25 mm for mild steel, 15 mm for stainless steel, 12 mm for aluminum, 8 mm for brass and 6 mm for copper. With a repeatability of ± 0.01 mm and a table load weight of 920 kg, the ENSIS 3015 RI ensures outstanding performance and accuracy.


The rotary axis of the ENSIS 3015 RI also offers a wide range of processing options for tubes and profiles. With a processing range of 19 to 220 mm for round tubes, 19 to 150 mm for square tubes and profiles and a maximum tube length of 6000 mm, we can meet a wide range of requirements. The maximum tube wall thickness is 9 mm for tubes and profiles and 12 mm for angle profiles. With a maximum pipe load of 200 kg and a wide range of supported materials, the ENSIS 3015 RI is the ideal solution for complex processing tasks.


In order to offer a comprehensive solution for sheet metal processing, we also have a state-of-the-art HRB 1003 press brake from Amada. With a press force of 1000kn (100t) and a stroke of 250 mm, we can bend sheet metal precisely and efficiently. The press brake offers an opening width of 520 mm and working speeds of up to 15 mm/sec. With a feed speed of 200 mm/sec and an opening speed of 150 mm/sec, the press brake ensures fast and reliable production.
